Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We value thoughtful design, clear communication, and a seamless client experience from the very first inquiry. Our booking policy ensures each project receives the dedicated attention, planning, and care it deserves. 1. Inquiry & Application Process All prospective clients are invited to complete our Design Inquiry Form before booking. This helps us understand your project scope, timeline, location, investment range, and overall vision. We intentionally accept a limited number of projects at a time to maintain a high level of service and detail. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance of your project. 2. Complimentary Discovery Call If your project aligns with our services and design approach, you may be invited to schedule a complimentary discovery call. This call allows us to discuss your goals, expectations and determine whether we are the right fit. 3. Consultation Bookings Standalone consultations or strategy sessions must be reserved in advance through our online calendar and paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All consultation payments are non-refundable. ### 4. Retainer & Project Reservation For full-service interior design projects, your project start date is secured only once the signed agreement and initial retainer have been received. Verbal commitments or email confirmations do not reserve availability. We encourage early booking, as openings are limited and often reserved in advance. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of **48 hours’ written notice** is required for any cancellation or request to reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Payments for cancelled appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to current studio availability. 6. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to a scheduled consultation, the session will still conclude at the original end time out of respect for other appointments. Additional time cannot be guaranteed. 7. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are considered a no-show. All payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable. 8. Scope & Client Readiness Clients are encouraged to book when they are prepared to move forward with their project.
